"Artists International Stands For Integrity and Hard Work"

After having been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years," Artists International president Steve Green says, "I have found that creativity is a great part of the industry - not just for the artists but for the agents also. Without creativity, there really is no focus. We wanted to show that Artists International is an agency that thinks a little differently and takes a unique approach to marketing."

"I have very strong feelings about certain aspects of the industry," Steve relates, "I'm very pro-active. Any group we represent has 100 % of our time, any time they need us we are available.

Artist International is instrumental in giving promoters all the assistance they can to make a date successful. "We will provide the promoter advance product and promotional materials." Green states, "We will cooperate by having the act available for in-store promotions, radio interviews, or whatever the promoter needs based on a voluntary basis by the act. We'll do everything possible to help that promoter sell tickets."

A lot of the success at Artists International can be attributed to the team Green has placed around himself. In addition to Green the staff are all veteran pros and the office operates like a well oiled machine.

Artists International's associate agent is Mark Lyman. Because of his extensive road experience as an award winning recording artist Lyman feels his dealings with the groups he represents goes deeper than just an agent/act relationship. "The groups know I understand what they do. I've been there and they feel they can relate to me." says Mark.

Mark is bilingual (French and English) and has over 12 years experience negotiating major tours not only in the U.S., but also in the Global marketplace where Artists International does very strong business.

Agent/Executive Assistant, Magaly Newcomb carries the weight of handling the day to day requirements of running Artist International from answering phone calls to assisting talent buyers and promoters with their various needs.

Green and his team have been working together closely over the last decade and handle some of the hottest touring bands of all time. "The resurgence in the popularity of classic rock is evidenced by the number of successful radio stations playing their music." says Steve, "What's interesting is the number of young kids that are listening to this music and buying tickets. It's good music and doesn't change with any generation."
